Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of our growing construction company with annual revenues in excess of $100 million. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in construction accounting, a strong command of GAAP, and a track record of financial leadership in dynamic, project-based environments.

This position is based in Metro Atlanta, GA and will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, managing financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Provide data to assist CFO with preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external audit requirements.

  • Assist in year-end audits and manage relationships with external auditors.

• Construction Accounting

  • Manage job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, and revenue recognition under percentage-of-completion accounting.

  • Oversee billing processes including AIA billing, lien releases, and retainage tracking.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly variance analyses.

• Cash Flow & Treasury

  • Manage cash flow planning and forecasting.

• Team Leadership & Internal Controls

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team (including AP, AR, and payroll).

  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Systems & Technology

  • Administer accounting software (Foundation).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role in the construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction-specific financial practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Position Overview:

The Baggage Handling System Project Manager is experienced in handling aviation projects centered around Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Checked Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS) and passenger checkpoints. Description

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks to ensure efficient and safe installations and repairs. Requires a passion for construction and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with local and national electrical codes

• Collaborate with construction team to plan electrical installations, ensuring proper placement and adherence to safety regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including diagnosing malfunctions and recommending appropriate solutions

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, such as lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine layout and wiring requirements

• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, completing assignments in a timely manner and within budget constraints
