Key Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate/splice, and test single‑mode and multi‑mode fiber optic cabling (required)

• Terminate and test Category 6 and 6A cabling

• Lead a crew of technicians in installing Structured Cabling Systems according to TIA/ANSI specifications

• Install racks, ladder rack, wire management, and bond telecommunications rooms

About the Role

Miller Electrical is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead electrical construction projects supporting airport baggage handling systems (BHS). This role combines project management and estimating responsibilities, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout while preparing competitive estimates for new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing industrial electrical construction projects, working with conveyor systems, motor controls, automation, and power distribution systems. Experience within airport environments and baggage handling systems is highly preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction from preconstruction through project closeout.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager (PM) with proven experience managing complex electrical construction projects within hospital and healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead all phases of electrical project delivery — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, NFPA codes, and OSHPD/HCAI standards (where applicable). This role requires deep expertise in healthcare electrical systems including emergency power, lighting, nurse call, and low-voltage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee electrical construction for hospital and healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $50M+

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and manpower plans in coordination with clients, general contractors, and internal teams

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and AHJs to ensure compliance with healthcare codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 99, NFPA 70, NEC)

• Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

• Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to review electrical system designs and resolve constructability issues
