We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of our growing construction company with annual revenues in excess of $100 million. The Baggage Handling System Project Manager is experienced in handling aviation projects centered around Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Checked Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS) and passenger checkpoints. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all phases of the project life cycle to ensure successful project execution in alignment with contract requirements, project objectives and company mandates. Assume administrative, contractual, technical and financial control of the project
Organize the Project Team and develop effective relationships
Preserve the integrated system design to meet the system performance and technical specification requirements

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with local and national electrical codes
Collaborate with construction team to plan electrical installations, ensuring proper placement and adherence to safety regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including diagnosing malfunctions and recommending appropriate solutions
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, such as lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine layout and wiring requirements
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, completing assignments in a timely manner and within budget constraints
